⛵ A seven-hour search off The Wash ended with everyone safe. HM Coastguard teams from Sutton Bridge, Hunstanton, Skegness and Wrangle, Hunstanton RNLI, a Coastguard helicopter and Lincolnshire Lowland Search and Rescue covered around 115 miles by land, sea and air on Saturday before the missing person was found and rescued. 🏆 A lifelong Linnets fan got one more matchday at The Walks. Diagnosed with a terminal illness, the 43-year-old supporter was given a special club visit for King's Lynn Town's recent 3-1 win over Scarborough Athletic, surrounded by family and friends and going home with a signed shirt and match ball. 🏰 Repair plans lodged for King's Lynn's 15th-century South Gate. The Grade I-listed gateway, built in 1437 as the town's main southern entrance, needs new timber screening, repointed brickwork and repairs to rot and weather damage — the borough council's listed building consent application closed for public comment this week. ⚡ The Stars' play-off hopes take a hit at Leicester. A disastrous start put the game out of reach early in a 52-38 defeat.
